We collect only the information you choose to give us:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and — optionally — company, phone number, subject, and the contents of your message.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Automatically: standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) and essential cookies used to remember your theme preference and keep the site secure.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for.
• To send you the newsletter, only if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Where required, we rely on your consent (for example, when you tick the consent box on the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter) and on our legitimate interest in operating and improving our business.

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site — such as our hosting provider (Vercel) and database provider (Neon) — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We may also disclose data if required by law.

We keep enquiry and subscriber data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@quantlix.com. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in any email.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including HTTPS across the site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
